Paying for Your Order
Paypal:
Instant Credit Card Payment with Mastercard or Visa. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to use this method and is quick and easy.

Once you click on Pay with Paypal on our Checkout page, you will be taken to their secure site to complete your payment.
1. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can pay instantly with credit card. After completing payment, please ensure that you click on "Return to Merchant" on the Paypal page to ensure you return to our store and your payment comes through for processing.
2. If you already have a Paypal account, please log-in to complete payment, and you will be automatically redirected to our store after payment is finalised, so we can process your order.
Bank Deposit (Bank to Bank Transfer):
Bank Deposit can be made through internet bank transfer or by going into one of our bank's branches to deposit directly. Please put in your TotalGamesToys order number as a reference when completing deposit so we can easily identify your payment.
Please allow 1-2 working days for funds to clear before your order is shipped. Please note that deposits made after 6pm Friday evening, may take until following Tuesday morning to be transferred due to the weekend.
You will be notified via email when your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery/Postage Costs
At TotalGamesToys we want every customer to have an enjoyable shopping experience. We are located in Morley, WA (Australia) and currently deliver within Australia only.
All orders are shipped Monday to Saturday through Australia Post normal business hours, within 24 hours of payment received/cleared (next business day Sunday and Public Holidays).
Orders with payment received after 12 noon Saturday will be shipped next business day.
(Sorry, no pick-up available).
All orders are shipped via either:
. Express or Registered for orders up to 500g (Post preference can be selected through checkout);
. Registered Post (signed delivery and insurance included) for all orders above 500g.
All orders above 500g are sent via Registered Post only for customer safety of receipt. Please see information below for costs per weight of order to your location and approximate delivery times. If no one is home at time of delivery with Registered Post, a card should be left in your mailbox to collect from your local post office.

Exchanges/Refunds
All items at TotalGamesToys are inspected by ourselves prior to sale, including unsealed game discs ~ our priority is to provide items in excellent brand new condition.
Replacement or refund is available with items that have a manufacturer's fault when first received. Please note: Due to Copyright Law, console/pc games are non-refundable (unless they have an obvious manufacturer's fault upon receipt).
- If an item is malfunctioning on arrival, please contact us within 10 days of posting date, and let us know your problem in as much detail as possible. We will email you back within 24 hours regarding your problem (and we may request further information from you if needed, or try to provide technical assistance).
- If necessary, we will attach a "Products Return" form with our email to you. Please complete all sections on the form and send returns form plus item (in original condition) back to us with all parts (and packaging if possible).
- Items should only be returned via registered mail (signed delivery) to ensure returns reach us. No responsibility taken for customer's returning item/s with no insurance and being lost in the post.

All returned items will be inspected and tested and if a manufacturer's fault is found, a replacement of same item will be sent, or refund given (depending on stock availability). Buyer and ourselves share shipping costs - buyer incurs costs of returning item/s, and we pay for postage costs with sending replacement item.
