TotalGamesToys is an Australian online store established in 2006, in Morley, Western Australia, offering gaming products, kids toys, games and dvds, all sourced through Australian suppliers.
In addition to our website store, we also have over three years experience with selling via other online venues with happy customers and excellent feedback. Our passion for the products we sell and looking after our customers, evolved into the TotalGamesToys website being developed.

| Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

PAYPAL :
Instant Credit Card Payment with Mastercard or Visa.
You DO NOT need to be a member of Paypal to use this method and is quick and easy. Please visit www.paypal.com.au for more information.
You can also forward payment through Paypal via your credit card or banking source if you have an existing account with Paypal. If payment is sent via your banking source, this will come through as a "Paypal eCheque", and usually takes about 4 working days to clear, before order can be shipped.
Once you click on Pay with Paypal on our Checkout page, you will be taken to their secure site to complete your payment.
1. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can pay instantly with credit card. After completing payment, please ensure that you click on Return to Merchant on the Paypal page to return to our store, so that your payment comes through for processing.
2. If you already have a Paypal account, please log-in to complete payment, and you will be automatically redirected to our store after payment is finalised, so we can process your order.
BANK DEPOSIT: (Bank to Bank Transfer):
Please put in your TotalGamesToys order number as a reference when completing deposit so we can easily identify your payment.
Please allow 1-2 working days for funds to be transferred before your order is shipped. Please note that deposits made after 6pm Friday evening, may take until following Tuesday morning to be transferred due to the weekend.
You will be notified via email when your order has been processed and shipped.

| What are Promotional Discount Coupon Codes? |
Promotional Discount Coupon Codes can be used in-store for shop specials (eg: 10% off storewide, certain item save by so much, etc).
Coupon codes are also sent out with every new customer order to use on their return visit with us, and to our newsletter subscribers.
To use a Promotional Discount Coupon Code , simply enter the code when completing checkout (in the Promotional Discount Coupon Code box) and click on "Submit", and the discount will be shown for you. Each code can be used for one order only, and all items placed in the same order will incorporate the discount.

| Which Countries are Available for Delivery? |
Currently, we only deliver within Australia. We will be looking at possibly expanding our delivery locations during 2008 to New Zealand, UK and Europe.

| How Do I Register an Account If I Am a New Customer?
|
You can register with us as soon as you make your first order. Once you have an item in mind for purchase, select "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button, then "Checkout". You will then be taken to the "Log-In" screen, and beneath this is "Register as a New Customer". Select this and you will be asked to enter your name and address details etc for delivery and you will be able to create your own password for logging in at any time in the future.
Once you register with us, you will be able to view your orders by logging in at any future date. You can also store items in your "favourites" for future reference.

| How Do I Log In? |
To login you must first create an account with us, which you can do once you place your first order. Once registered, you can log-in anytime and view your order information. Click on the LOG-IN link displayed on the top of the store. This will bring you to the LOG-IN box to enter your details.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link and you will be asked for your EMAIL ADDRESS, so we can send you your password.

| Which Postage Methods Do You Use and How Long Will Delivery Take? |
TotalGamesToys use Australia Post for shipping all orders. sent via safer methods.
Choice of Express or Registered Post is available through checkout for orders up to 500g. Registered Post only for orders above this weight for a more secure delivery method.
Express includes tracking and faster delivery - 1-3 working days delivery time (depending on location).
Registered Post includes insurance with signature required upon delivery - 1-7 working days delivery time. If you are not home at time of delivery, Australia Post should leave a card in your mailbox to pick-up from your local post office.

| How Much is Delivery? |
Delivery costs within Australia are as follows:
Registered and Express Post for orders up to 500g (eg: 3/4 games) - $7.50 Australia wide.
Registered Post only for orders 500g-1kg - $9.00 (WA only); other States $12.00.
Registered Post only for orders 1kg+ - $10 (WA Only); other States $15.00.
The weight of your total order will be shown in checkout for you before you choose payment method of choice.
Delivery is through Australia Post only - no pick up available.

| How Will I Know My Order Has Been Received, Processed and Shipped? |
At TotalGamesToys we always keep in touch with our customers. Emails are sent out automatically every step of the way from first receiving your order, payment processed, and item/s shipped. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of payment received and processed, excluding Sundays/public holidays (orders with payments received after 12 noon Saturday posted next business day).
Always check your email program's inbox and deleted items folder for incoming emails.
You can also view the status of your order by logging-in at our store at any time and clicking on My Orders (My Home). If you have any queries regarding your order, please use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the store.

| Is Giftwrapping Available?
|
If your purchase is for a special occasion such as a birthday etc, we are more than happy to wrap your purchase and/or make up a card for you free of charge. Please let us know any details that will assist with appropriate giftwrapping (eg: occasion/age/gender) in the "Special Instructions" box when you go through checkout...
and if you would prefer:
1. Card with Message only (please provide details of message to be written).
2. Giftwrapping only.
3. Card with message + Giftwrapping (please provide details of message to be written).

| What Format Are Your Games and Dvds? |
All games in-store are Australian console compatible, and are either PAL format or region free (compatible worldwide). PAL format is the Australian standard (as well as Europe, NZ and UK), and region free will play on any gaming console. PC games are also Australian Edition and in English.
All dvds are Region 4 PAL and fully compatible for use within Australia.

| Are Xbox Games Compatible With The Xbox 360? |
A selection of Xbox games can be played on the Xbox 360. Check the link on our Homepage to view the list. The list is regularly updated and includes the latest games added. If you haven’t played Xbox games on your 360 as yet, it’s simply a matter of updating your 360 console, either through your Xbox live account or downloading the patch onto a dvd/cd or ordering a disc, all through Xbox.com.
All games that are compatible have information included in-store.

| Which Games Are Backwards Compatible with PS1, PS2 and PS3? |
Playstation 2 Console: Playstation 1 games are fully compatible with the PS2 console. All that is needed is a PS1 memory card to save gameplay on your PS2.
PS3 40gb Console: No backwards compatibility. Only PS3 games can be played on this model.
PS3 60/80gb Console: Has backwards compatibility for PS2 games.
Playstation One Console: PS1 games only.

Gamecube games can be played on your Wii Console.
A Gamecube compatible memory card is required to save GC gameplay on your Wii console.

We support Australian companies 100%, so all our stock is ordered through Australian suppliers only. All items are brand new, and games are supplied either sealed or unsealed.

We now have a selection of preloved games under "Secondhand Games" category and all discs have been machine-cleaned, tested and in working condition.
